UI/UX Lead Designer

We invite UI/UX Lead Designers to work with our digital team to build innovative, simple and user friendly products for the Private and Wealth Management Clients of our client's bank.

REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm with application owners for new product/feature design for Wealth Management Clients
• Create rapid and iterative prototypes for variety of new product ideas
• Conduct quick user testing and identify own design flaws and modify prototypes accordingly
• Communicate design decisions and rational behind the approach effectively
• Document and provide design guidelines, visual assets, wireframes, colour palettes, icons etc.,
• Lead the evolving practice of design thinking
• Evaluate existing UX design approach and effectively communicate improvements
• Create standard UX materials like personas, storyboards, user journey, domain map, experience map etc.,
• Advocate customer-centric, context-aware responsive UI design.
• Solve complex UX problems of the product used by Wealth Management Clients
• Create and run UX workshops and produce meaningful insights on user journey
• Excellent communication skills and able to lead focus group interviews with desired outcome
• Keep up to date with latest design trends and share with the team proactively
• Participate in agile (Scrum) based practices

Skills

• Minimum 4 Years’ experience in UI/UXD, preferably servicing for the Banking Applications
• Strong UI/UX skills and in crafting intuitive mobile apps
• Experience in ideation and concept generation. Experience in Advertising & Consumer durables Industry is added advantage
• Able to prototype on paper effectively
• Comfortable with design tools like Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, AxureRP, UXPin, InVision
• Knowledge in HTML/CSS and some JS Framework will be a plus
• Knowledge in emerging digital banking technologies

Qualification

• An online portfolio of personal design work will be a huge plus
• Bachelor / Master Degree from an accredited college or university. Focus/concentration/Specialization on Interactive Design/Visual Art/Journalism/Creative Studies will be an added advantage
