Tech Lead / Arch

YOptima is seeking extremely talented Full Stack Developers to help pioneer performance marketing via Programmatic Media. You must have experience designing and building large and complex (and yet maintainable) systems, and you should be able to do so in about one-third the time that most competent people think possible. You should have a BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent. Familiarity with open source web stack is required.

Your compensation would include meaningful equity ownership. YOptima is based in Bangalore.
