This is for a new fitness startup. The development of the prototype is well underway and I am looking for a technical leader to establish a good foundation for a stellar tech organisation.

Do you have several years under your belt and yearn for a new challenge? If you are a hands on, tech star looking to join a new venture.  I am looking for a great engineer with 3-5 years of experience in agile development to join as a co-founder.

This is pre-funded opportunity to form a startup with several others with the aim of getting rapid traction. If you are looking to become an employee please do not apply.  The role I am looking to fill right now is the potential CTO position.

Technologies:
Full stack developer with extensive experience in node.js, angularJS and mongodb
Mobile development experience (Android) particularly in integrating with server API (JSON)
Managing cloud service (eg AWS, Digital Ocean) desired
HTML/CSS/Javascript
mongodb experience desired


Must be based in Bangalore
Great communication skills (in written and spoken English)
Computer Science degree from reputable university and exceptional OOP skills
A passion for building software with an eye for form and function
3-5 Yrs experience with experience as tech lead desired. Must be hands on
Strong background in agile (XP/Scrum)
Awareness of software industry trends
Conceptualise & design features & products
Ability to pick up new technologies and APIs quickly
Performance testing and optimization experience

Must be self motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision and wear multiple hats, at least, from time to time.
