Looking for Tech cofounder/CTO for

This is for a wellness & preventive health service.  The MVP is ready and I am looking for a technical leader to establish a good foundation for a stellar tech organisation.

Do you have several years under your belt and yearn for a new challenge? If you are a hands on tech star or know some one else who is and is looking to join a new venture let us know.  I am looking for a great engineer with least 3-5 years of experience in agile development to join as a co-founder. Some tech lead experience will be useful but you must have experience in developing solution architecture.

This is pre-funded opportunity so if you are looking to become an employee please do not apply.  The role I am looking to fill right now is the potential CTO position. 



Technologies & Methodologies

* Full stack developer (hands on) with guru level expertise in node.js and mongodb
* REST API & scalable server development
* Managing cloud service (eg AWS, Digital ocean) desired
* Multiple database (SQL and NoSQL) desirable especially mongodb
* Computer Science or equivalent degree from reputable university
* Proponent of agile methodologies.
* Being strong in mathematics and statistics is a plus.

* Mobile development experience (Android/ios native) desired.

Must be based in Bangalore
. Great communication skills (in written and spoken English) is a must. We will be looking for experience in architecting & building scalable web and mobile apps and developing an exceptional R&D team. This will include developing process of continuous delivery and integration, automated testing and deployments, scalable infrastructures (and scalability testing) and team building through mentorship and leadership.

Must be self motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision and wear multiple hats, at least, from time to time.
