Looking for a CTO (Chief Technical Officer) for our start-up.
We are building a live social-commerce platform for the next 100 million Individuals, Artists and Influencers to start their own brand without any Investment and no Inventory model.
What are we looking for?
1) START-UP FRIENDLY (Who is just not passionate but obsessed to build some great product and a risk taker)
2) COMMITMENT (who can stick for a long time)
3) TEAM PLAYER (who knows how to build a great team)
4) 1:1 RATIO (Both Technical Skills and Soft Skills)
5) Lastly, COMPENSATION FRIENDLY (We are working with Investors to build a great team to compensate our team members in a great way)

* Experience: Not more than 8 years
We will fix a salary & a fair compensation along with ESOP's.
You will start as a technical lead & build a team. If you are the right fit, then elevate to a CTO.
