Volunteer for an Upcoming Podcast

A few of us have come together for creating a new podcast. The focus of the podcast is to make workplaces fun, engaging and productive. We talk to a guest every week. We discuss about how they have created or helped others create better workplaces. The topics usually are around self-managed organisations, organisation design, people development, organisation development, creating safe spaces for women, etc. We plan to release the first episode in November. 

We are three of us now- 2 co-hosts, one producer.  We are looking for a transcriber - who can transcribe the interviews every week. This would take around 5-6 hours per week for the transcribing and proof reading.  The role can expand to website development, digital marketing, social media marketing if the person has more time, interest , skills and initiative. 

There is no remuneration - this  a voluntary initiative. There might be a plan to raise funding or grants in 2021 - however, right now the focus is on producing the episodes. The only thing we can promise you is that you will learn about creating great workplaces, if that is your thing.
