Designation: Full Stack Developer

Role Description:

1. Role of the candidate is to build a WorkIndia product which impacts right now millions a day.


Job Requirements:
1. Academic background: Engineering Only. Non-Engineers are not eligible to apply for this
role.
2. Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience. Freshers are not eligible to apply for this
role. The ideal candidate is someone who has more than 1 and less than 3 years of experience.
3. Candidates who have run their own start-up worked in a start-up or were a co-founder in
another startup are preferred although not a necessity.
4. Candidate should have prior experience developing and working on data products.
5. Expertise in Fronted Stack using HTML, CSS, and AJAX or any modern JS framework
(Angular/React).
6. Candidate needs to have knowledge of Django, Python, JavaScript.
7. Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms and Operating Systems will be an
advantage.
8. Good knowledge of async programming using Callbacks, Promises, and Async/Await
9. Technology Stack: DRF, CELERY, MYSQL, MongoDB, REDIS, POSTGRES, ELASTICSEARCH, NEO4J.
