Looking for a Technical "late" Co-Founder [CTO] for a 2+ years Startup

We are a 2+ years startup company in Wildlife Tourism with a unique value proposition and we are 4 people and I do all of the backend programming [Python/MongoDB/REST APIs/AWS] and very adept at it and my co-founder is adept at marketing and selling and we feel there is a need for another co-founder per say who is adept @ front-end [even full stack is also fine] design, programming and who takes care of complete front-end of our product [Android, iOS, Web - adept at all or at least one of them] and enjoys entrepreneurship with all the ups and downs of this life.

Deserving Candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience [preferably 10+ years of exp] in relevant technologies, should be capable of taking up the CTO role, should appreciate the spirit of startups & entrepreneurship & the upside if we become successful [this is my 4th startup with 2 acquisitions and one failure], should be hardworking, hands-on-technology, earlier experience of entrepreneurship is a bonus, great problem-solving skills, and open to being part of designing the strategy of the company as we move forward.
