This is a bootstrapped startup (less than 2 yrs old) - we earn every penny the hard way and we don't want to squander it nor we have a great infrastructure either. Yes a chair and a table for sure with lots of coffee, and that's how we work.  We work hard, we work long hours, and yes weekend is just another day.  We want someone who understands this.

Also, you should have a way to showcase these skills and expertise. If you have a person who I know and can recommend you, nothing like that.

Expected Android Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes

- Knowledge of the recent developments in the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks.

- Experience connecting to RESTful back-end services using libraries like Retrofit / OkHTTP.

- Familiarity with image manipulation using popular libraries like Picasso / Glide.

- Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application especially when handling UI elements.
