WIFT Cap Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for awesome and passionate team members who can join us full-time as Django(Python) Full Stack Senior Developer/Technical Lead. You will get an opportunity to work in one of the few high-end technology solutions providers based out of Kolkata.

Role Details:

1. Proficient in developing a dynamic web app with Django framework following best coding practices.
2. Should be able to code with HTML5, CSS3, JQuery,Bootstrap, PostgreSQL
3. Knowledge of nodeJS/backbone/ AngularJS/ reactJS is good to have
4. Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapping) libraries
5. Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
6. Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
7. Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python along with knowledge of websockets


Key Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for driving the development team and coordinate strategies to ensure smooth functioning of product
2. Creating complex, enterprise-transforming applications on diverse, high energy teams
3. Ownership of development of new features and improvements to existing technology
4. Work in partnership with Product Management team, business team and Product design team to build best-in-class user interaction designs and wireframes (or prototypes)
5. Build codes that are scalable and compatible on different browsers
6. Proficient in cross platform development (mobile & desktops)
7. Constantly bring and implement product innovation and ideas to improve customer experience
