Tech Lead for a MEAN stack team to international quality

What will Whyable require in the role?

• 5+ years of experience in the MEAN stack with a focus on Angular 2/4 or Ionic
• Good understanding of web development principles
• Drive and motivation, and experience to provide technical leadership to a team of talented developers
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Has worked in an Agile process and is familiar with standard development tools and processes Viz., code reviews, Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, etc.
• Is well versed in continuous integration and standard build practices
• Capability to work independently and build quality reusable modules and widgets
• Ability to drive and motivate the team to technical and process excellence
• The candidate must be excited about the technology environment, they must have a positive and engaging attitude, a curious mind and an ability to get things done

What will impress us about you?

• You have worked in startups before.
• You have led the development of at least one product end to end.
• You have a public technical profile - projects on GitHub, a LinkedIn profile with superb recommendations, your own website, etc.
• You have certifications in project management processes (Agile/Scrum)
