Kids learn logic, structure, sequence, and algorithmic thinking to generate creative outcomes like animations and apps. All classes are taught via a Live 1:1 Online platform connecting highly skilled certified teachers to children.

About the role

We’re seeking a skilled Sales Manager to sell WhiteHat Jr/ BYJU’S FutureSchool courses to our potential customers. The Sales Manager will utilize their skills to generate high quality leads, build a strong relationship with customers and close the purchase.

An ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and should be able to demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Exposure to working on leads from International markets.

Role details

• Scope: To exceed targets for New Sales, Referrals or Renewals, in an individual contributor role.
• Work Location: WeWork Chromium, Powai, Mumbai 400076.
• Working days: 5 working days; Week off can be on any day as per the roster.
• Mandatory Language Fluency: English.
• Shift allowance: As applicable by policy; this will be basis your allocated shift after you join.
• Salary Range: INR 6 - 9 Lac.

Required Qualifications and experience

• 12 + 1 year Diploma.
• Minimum of 1 year Sales experience and maximum of 10 years overall experience is required.
• Proven B2C Sales track record.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with changes in shift timings.
• Versant (Online Test) Mandatory with > 58 marks. This is part of the recruitment process.
• Immediate joiners are preferred. Must have 1 month or less notice period.
