ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with Management to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.

  • Issue all appropriate project’s related paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).

  • Plan and break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and overall project schedule

  • Assign tasks to internal teams (development and design) and assist with schedule management.

  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise by following up with internal teams

  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.

  • Preparing presentations to update senior management on the project’s progress.

  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

  • Report bugs to development teams

  • Content entry into delivered solution

  • Managing tasks and priorities for the developers.

  • ensure that the projects development running smoothly and efficiently.

  • organizing onboarding and offboarding for employees

  • managing office budgets and expenses

  • Organize office operations and procedures

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Information Technology / Business or related field of study.

  • 5+ years of experience in a related field

  • Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role

  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery

  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans

  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

  • Solid skills managing the team and office.

  • Project management tools

  • Basic knowledge with website and mobile application development
