ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Liaise with Management to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.

Issue all appropriate project’s related paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).

Plan and break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and overall project schedule
-
Assign tasks to internal teams (development and design) and assist with schedule management.

Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise by following up with internal teams
-
Ensuring project deadlines are met.

Preparing presentations to update senior management on the project’s progress.

Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
-
Report bugs to development teams

Content entry into delivered solution
-
Managing tasks and priorities for the developers.

ensure that the projects development running smoothly and efficiently.

organizing onboarding and offboarding for employees

managing office budgets and expenses

Organize office operations and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
-
Degree in Information Technology / Business or related field of study.
-
5+ years of experience in a related field
-
Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role
-
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
-
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
-
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
-
Solid skills managing the team and office.

Basic knowledge with website and mobile application development
