Eligibility

·         Qualification: B.Tech/B.E.

·         Experience level: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities 

·         To create scalable shopping sites, applications, plugins/components/modules and themes.

·         To work on integrating front end code i.e. html, javascript, jquery etc. to the CMS and shopping cart.

·         To work on optimizing queries to ensure better performance of the website.

·         Integrate Magento with other systems and applications.

·         To create documentation of projects.

·         To work with the project manager and clients to understand the requirement of the project and plan accordingly.

·         To train new developers on Magento.

·         To stay updated on new versions and security patches of Magento.

·         Be active in the Magento Community.

·         Theme Integration & Module Development for Magento.

·         Authoring and executing PHP applications built with Magento Ecommerce platform.

·         Fixing live-site problems.

·         Complete responsibility of managing a live ecommerce websites customizing it based on business requirements, social integration of website.

Desired Skills

·         PHP 5, Ajax, MySQL, OOPS Concepts.

·         Jquery, Javascript, HTML, MVC.

·         Good experience in E-Commerce Websites Development & Database Designing.

·         Good practical work experience on Drupal.

·         Good knowledge of Social Media APIs, Rest APIs and information exchange through JSON, RSS and XML.

·         Knowledge of multiple shopping cart CMS desirable. Knowledge of Zend framework also desirable.

·         SugarCRM and Magento is preferable.

·         Good skills in OOP based PHP Programming.

·         Good skills in OOP based Javascript.

·         Git, MongoDB + Redis, Facebook Graph API + Twitter API + Google Maps API, NodeJS, Good working understanding of Ruby on Rails would be an advantage.
