Hire, Mentor and guide junior team members by reviewing their code submissions, code pairing, and being a sounding board. 
Share your knowledge of back end technologies with the rest of the team and help define best practises and tools. 
Participate in all phases of the product lifecycle from discovery - design - scope - implementation to roll out.

Job Perks

Proficient in fundamental Software Design principles, Data Structures and Algorithms. 
Solid understanding of object oriented practices. Strong Python Skills ( Django /Flask ). Ability to write good testable code. 
Experience building REST APIs for multiple devices and platforms, that can handle scale. 
Working experience on AWS. 
Exposure to front-end tools ( Javascript,HTML, CSS ) 
Experience with Microservices, GIT, Cloud, Continuous Integration. 
Commitment to code ownership - design, development, testing, deployment and operational issues. 
A college degree or a good reason for not having one.
