Job Description

  • 2-5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
  • Excellent experience in Job portal searches.
  • Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications and skill sets as per clients requirements
  • Technical knowledge and awareness in the leading technologies will be an added advantage
  • Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
  • Handle full life cycle of contract / fulltime IT recruitment process, an end to end recruitment
  • Strong team player and a lead with positive mind-set to drive results from the team
  • The ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed.
  • Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Self-motivated and go-getter
