PriceBaba.com is a product research engine that helps you figure what to buy, where to buy and how much to buy it for. PriceBaba started with a consumer need to get relevant guidance on their purchase decisions. Solving a tough Indian retail problem, PriceBaba has over 800 verified shops in 7 Indian cities. This is backed with a intuitive and simple research engine to help the common man. As we grow our presence and help millions of consumers make the right decision, we are looking for a full-time tech writer to help us on the editorial front @ PriceBaba.

Requirements:

- Must be interested in Technology; particularly gadgets. You must know the chip that powers your smartphone and apps that are making our lives better.

- Fluid writing style with accurate grammar. We're not looking for novelistic writing, it is meant to be simple for our audience's sake. But we will prefer somebody who knows when to capitalise, when to hyphenate and when to punctuate. 

- A fast typing speed is a good-to-have quality. On the internet, we're generally racing against the clock, so the last thing we want is somebody trying to find letters on the QWERTY.

- We're drowned into work most of the time, but we also have fun from time to time. An outgoing, social, outspoken person is a great fit for our office. 

Responsibilities:

- Analyse new product launches and write their descriptions and comparisons to other products. 

- Write insightful Blog Posts on the topics of consumer technology.

- Test products that come to us and write Reviews or Opinion pieces about them.

- Write news posts covering the latest happenings in technology.

- Participate in making audio-visual content when required. Basic photo manipulation skills are appreciated (we are happy to train the quick learners).
