You would be expected to do the following:

• Collect, curate and update information about OYO's and build a strong hotel information for OYO Stays
• Quality check the reviews and help in replying from the hotel perspective
• Speak to users using new media like twitter, facebook and email / phone and be of awesome help to them
• Part of the Consumer Associate’s role is to make sure that all the information a user requires to make a decision about their hotel preference is available to them
• Assist the Sales team by generating relevant Sales leads

Responsibilities: 

• 0 – 1 years of work experience. Relevant experience is a bonus!
• Ability to work in a highly charged environment without compromising on quality
• Intelligent and self-motivated; should be willing to work hard to achieve and exceed targets
• Comfortable with working for long and unpredictable hours
• Innovative, enthusiastic and a quick thinker
