ZapStitch lets you seamlessly sync & transfer data between various Cloud/SaaS Business apps without any custom programming or working with APIs. We have 50 paying customers - out of these 40 are from North America.

In 4-5 years, we envision to be The Leader in the Cloud Data Integration space - serving at least 20,000+ customers and integrating 200+ cloud apps.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for an Inside Sales exec who has 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales facing US customers, can work in night shifts, preferably engineering grad, entrepreneurial, wants to start his own company some day and looking to join early stage startup for all learnings.

Activities

If you think you can sell all day and enjoy working in a start up.. Lets get started! You will carry out the following day-2-day activities:

  • Market Research - build a list of prospective customers
  • Increase customer interactions during working hours
  • Handle inbound prospect communications and convert them into qualified leads.
  • Follow-up promptly by Emails, Phone/Skype calls and adhere to a Sales Process
  • Contract closures
  • Effectively manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate data in CRM, customer
  • support, and other internal softwares
  • Provide feedback to the Product / Engg / Customer support teams.

Required Skills & Experience    

  • 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales - especially facing North American customers
  • Work in Night Shifts (roughly between 6pm and 3am)
  • Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
  • Ability to Followup and handle 5-6 touch points with each prospect.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Sense of urgency and a need to accomplish task at hand
  • Strong willingness to work in a startup and grow with the company.
  • Exceptional work ethic and drive to learn
  • Tech background (or) previous experience of software sales

Compensation: Salary + (commission and/or employee stock options)
