Roles & responsibilities:
- Build elaborate and exhaustive documentation for all our products (see examples at http://docs.fusioncharts.com)
- Write technical content for our Knowledge Base (http://kb.fusioncharts.com) and Forums (http://forum.fusioncharts.com)
- Write blog posts in an informal tone (http://blog.fusioncharts.com)
- Prepare product data-sheets and sales/marketing collaterals involving technical aspects of our products
Skills required:
- Understanding of web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML
- Ability to structure complex information into digestible chunks and then express it clearly, in clear and impeccable English.
- Ability to search, index and retrieve knowledge from the Web quickly
- Ability to work in a tightly integrated team on even tighter schedules.
- Know-how of software development life-cycle (SDLC)
- Working knowledge of JavaScript is a huge plus.
