Full Stack Developer ( 3 - 6 years)

VideoKen is looking for a “Full Stack Developer” to join a stellar team working on a cutting edge AI learning platform. While this is an individual contributor role, you’ll be involved in many aspects– helping evolve our existing architecture, working with teams to improve operations, and implementing new features and functionality.

We are on a mission to help e-learning companies and L&D leaders in enterprises to deliver engaging video experience to their end users and customers.  VideoKen’s patented AI-powered video discovery, indexing, engagement & analytics platform is used by 40+ customers across the world including marquee brands like Bosch, Oracle, Accenture, TCS, General Mills, Kaplan Test Prep etc.,  

WHAT AN IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD LOOK LIKE:

• Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, complexity analysis, databases.
• 3 - 6 years of experience with end-to-end Web development.
• Hands-on experience with a backend framework like Django, Ruby on Rails or Express
• Good knowledge of SQL databases like MySQL or Postgres
• Good understanding of modern Web APIs and Javascript features like ES Modules, Promises, Async/Await, Generators, Iterators etc.
• Experienced with a web framework like React or Vue. Knowledge of TypeScript/Elm would be a bonus
• Good understanding of DOM and modern Web APIs
• Good understanding of CI/CD processes
