About the Role

VexarDrive Technologies is seeking a Marketing & Growth Intern to support digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, audience research, growth initiatives, and marketing analytics.

This is a strategy and execution-focused role responsible for understanding target audiences, identifying growth opportunities, planning campaigns, managing digital channels, and measuring marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy: Support digital marketing strategies aligned with brand, product, customer acquisition, and growth objectives.

Campaign Planning: Plan campaigns including objectives, target audiences, messaging, channels, timelines, and KPIs.

Social Media Management: Manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X; schedule and publish content; monitor engagement and platform performance.

Audience Research: Research target audiences, customer behaviour, interests, trends, and relevant market opportunities.

Market & Competitor Research: Analyse competitors, industry trends, positioning, campaigns, and marketing strategies to identify opportunities.

Digital Marketing: Support organic and paid marketing across social media, search, email, and digital advertising channels.

Growth Experiments: Develop and test different audiences, messaging, content formats, channels, and campaign approaches.

Marketing Analytics: Track reach, engagement, CTR, traffic, leads, conversions, and campaign performance using relevant analytics platforms.

Performance Optimization: Analyse campaign results, identify what is working or underperforming, and recommend improvements.

Reporting: Prepare marketing performance reports and communicate key findings and actionable insights.

Content Strategy: Define content requirements, formats, publishing schedules, and campaign requirements in collaboration with the Creative Marketing Intern.

Core Requirements

Digital Marketing: Understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, organic growth, paid marketing, campaigns, and funnels.

Social Media: Familiarity with major social media platforms, content calendars, scheduling, and platform-specific marketing.

Analytics: Ability to interpret marketing metrics and use data to evaluate campaign and content performance.

Research: Strong ability to conduct audience, competitor, market, and trend research.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to clearly present marketing ideas and findings.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify patterns, evaluate performance, and make data-driven decisions.

Execution: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines while maintaining organized marketing workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior marketing internship, freelance, campaign, student organization, or personal marketing project experience.

Educational Background

Open to Marketing, Business, Management, Mass Communication, Advertising, Media Studies, Journalism, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

A specific degree is not mandatory with relevant practical experience.

Experience

0–2 years.

Fresh graduates and students with strong practical projects are encouraged to apply.
