What can you expect in R&D @ VEPL?

You will make software products and tools for enabling the company's business and service processes.

You will be exposed to the complete software life cycle of product creation - from Gathering Requirements, Designing, Architecting, Programming, Testing all the way to final deployment.

You see requirements get written right in front of you. You see your users express their feedback directly to you.

You have the scope to explore, develop interest and use several areas of Computer Science such as Data Mining, Pattern Recognition, Algorithm Design, Visualization, Analytics and User Interface design.

You'll have the opportunity to communicate and collaborate with diverse teams such as Content authors and editors, Instruction Design experts, Teachers, Product Management, Sales, and Digital Marketing. You must be someone who loves teamwork, respects people and has good listening, writing, communication and collaborative skills. You must be a person of high integrity and commitment with good appreciation of the challenges of creating a product and a brand and sustain it in the market.
