Sr developer for a US project (FACETS SI skills required)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities 

Perform analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of quality custom solutions within the software development life cycle in Healthcare domain. 
Design and develop moderate to complex software applications to meet the customers’ business needs. 
Validation and gaining approval of technical and business requirements to ensure both feasibility and completeness of solutions. 
Estimate work efforts, delivery time lines, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully complete software development activities. 
Develop software development project plans incorporating all possible project variables. 
Conduct periodic status checks with the development team to assess progress against plan and communicate progress to supervisors as necessary.  Work to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner and escalate as appropriate. 
Suggest improvements in service delivery processes and techniques. 
Prepare weekly status reports on project activities. 

Required Skill Sets 
At least one of the following programming skill sets combinations – 
2 to 4 years’ experience in C#.Net. 2 to 4 years’ experience in SQL Programming. 1+ years’ experience in Perl, or VB Script, or Java Script. 
2 to 4 years’ experience in VB.Net. 1+ years’ experience in SQL Programming. 1+ years’ experience in Perl, or VB Script, or Java Script. 
2 to 4 years’ experience in Java. 1+ years’ experience in C#.Net or VB.Net. 1+ years’ experience in SQL Programming. 1+ years’ experience in Perl, or VB Script, or Java Script. 
Strong SQL programming experience in Sybase, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server platform. 
Complete understanding of Software Development Lifecycle including Waterfall and Agile development methodologies. 
Knowledge of object oriented design and development. Experience in writing and utilizing Web Services. 
Working experience in Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio. 

Experience in Facets, NetworX, Care Advance, CWS, and QNXT. 

Ability to maintain composure in highly stressful or adverse situations. 
Good analytical and problem solving skills. Good communication skills. 
Preferred Skill Sets – 
Experience in Facets, NetworX, Care Advance, CWS, and/or QNXT. 
Consulting and Customer facing experience. 
Work experience in Healthcare IT industry.
