Co-founder to head engineering in an award-winning Urban IoT, Data Science & Technology product

A project has been underway for the past two years which has built India's first independent real-time air pollution monitoring network. We are now enhancing the network to provide more scientifically validated & calibrated real-time data to people via APIs. Some details about the work done so far can be read here.

A lot of development is happening on the device side to make it into a robust scientifically calibrated device. 

There is also now an incorporated Private Limited company having its registered address in Mumbai working on taking this further in a focused way. One of the co-founders has around 16 years of technology industry experience. The other director is an alumnus from IITB with over four decades of experience.

If you have a desire to join as a head of engineering to lead the full-stack engineering in a seed funded startup, do get in touch. The technologies we use currently are Apache Cassandra, KairosDB, Java REST APIs. You can lead/guide the relevant front-end technologies. We already have primary "Big Data" collected using our own devices. Application of Machine Learning, Aritifical Intelligence, Neural Networks & Deep Learning are all going to be relevant to the work we are doing.

The ideal person would have about 10 years or more of core in-depth technology product engineering experience. You would have also worked both in India & outside the country for a substantial period of time.  You like to be hands-on for software engineering & development. 

Most of the technical work is happening in Mumbai or Pune. Hence, it will be great to hear from people in and around these two cities.
