Looking for a proficient Python Developer

We are in need of someone with a good track record of having worked with Python. Exposure and familiarity with the Django framework would certainly be appreciated. While it's not an absolute necessity, but a work experience of ~2 yrs will be favourable.

One of the enviable aspects of working at Urban Piper is to be in an environment where there's a whole lot of *real* user and usage data, and we simply need someone to get his/her kicks out of solving the issues that an early-stage startup encounters w.r.t scalability.

In short, we've got a ton of data, and are in need for creative programmers who can build solutions to crunch it!

The problem we at UrbanPiper are solving lies in the domain of Customer Relationship Management. We've crafted an integrated platform for taking care of businesses to embrace all modern forms of 2-way communication channels with their customers, and assist in customer retention and incentivisation.

We are more than glad to match and beat the market salary that you'd be expecting (for a 2yrs experience individual). Of course, there will be an equity component, but the final salary <-> equity ratio will be left unto you to decide upon. And no, we haven't raised any funding. It might be hard to believe, but we really don't need to raise funds, because our revenues are good enough to make it worth yours and ours time. We would like to keep it that way, and for that, we are willing to pay top bucks.  For that however, the UrbanPiper platform needs to scale well to match our sales pipeline—which is progressing at an envious pace!
