Let’s start with a cliché. The world changes every day. This is especially true for design and media. Each day, newer, better tools and platforms appear in the market. Methodologies and concepts mutate in order to adapt to these changes. Simply put, Unplugged comprises a bunch of artists, illustrators, graphic designers, software developers, social media experts and usability experts. We started off as a garage operation back in 2006. Since then, we have abided by one stringent rule: today’s output must be better than yesterday’s. We wouldn’t have it any other way. The rest of the business model took care of itself. We now cater to an A-list clientele that is an assortment of some of the biggest businesses as well as the most exciting startups of Bangalore. Our journey has taken us into domains as diverse as real-estate, software services, healthcare, education, FMCG, entertainment, finance, e-Business etc. 

Requirements:
⦁ A very strong background of user interface design experience. In addition, a strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology.
⦁ Involves research and strategy, information architecture, and interaction design to create superb user experiences.
⦁ Have significant experience designing for mobile applications (iOS & Android) and be familiar with the technology behind the design.
⦁ Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of Web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, Flash, and CSS.
⦁ Have flexibility to work both with and without strong client brand guidelines, full or template wireframes, and with front-end developers to bring designs to life.
⦁ A sharp eye for detail and highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
⦁ An advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and other wire framing tools.

⦁ An ability to collaborate. You should be excited to work other designers and developers to envision and iterate concepts.
⦁ A strong ability to estimate/scope the design portion of project engagements
