Job Description

We are looking for a Server Side Developer who is driven by the art of programming. Key responsibilities will include producing and implementing functional software solutions. Candidate will work with key stakeholders to define software requirements and take the lead on operational and technical projects.

As a core member of the Development team, the candidate will take the ownership of project(s) by working independently with little supervision. If you also have hands-on experience in software development and agile methodologies, we’d like to meet you

Responsibilities

• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle for new and existing applications/platforms
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders with diverse technical and business skills
• Convert requirements into technical and functional specifications for large, complex projects
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use 
• Ensure the technical implementation is as per design
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability 
• Work with SCM for upkeep of the health of the code
• Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
• Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
• Document development phases and monitor systems

Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer
• Expert in Core Java, JavaFx,
• Expert  understanding of PHP / Laravel / homestead
• Proficient understanding PHPUnit & phpstorm , PHP App deployment    
• Should have a good command on JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX

• Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks will be preferred (such as VueJS , AngularJS, OR ReactJS)

• Experience in redis / sqs / memcachedis - a big Plus
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX 

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Hands on experience in the areas of Multi Threading, Object Oriented Programing, Design Patterns.
• Hands on experience using MySQL & JDBC
• Hands on experience with Unix/Linux
• Good hold on shell scripting
• Good understanding of general internet concepts and technologies, emerging web and mobile development models
• Skills in understanding requirements, drawing up solutions approaches, understanding and extending solutions proposed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with High scalability projects involving cloud-based infrastructure design and implementation
• Good understanding of Web Services protocols such as REST, SOAP and API design for extensibility and portability
• BSc/BA in Computer Science or a related degree
• Development Experience of 3+ years
