Sr. SDET (Python + Test Automation)

Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and talented Software Development Engineer in Test to help build the team that will be the core of test engineering for the AOS Engineering in Hyderabad.

Position: SW Development Engineer in Test (SDET)
Experience: 4 to to 12 Years (IC Role)
Joining time: Immediate to 30 days
Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer Science or equivalent in Engineering
Work Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Primary Skills: QA STLC, Python Programming, Test Automation, Test case Design and Development, Coding/Programming, Java/J2EE/Python/Scala Development.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Software Engineer in Test role.
• Excellent coding skills in any of the programming languages like Core Java, Python or Scala etc.
• Good in Test Automation, Test Design, STLC, Rest API, JSon, Cassandra backend. 
• Knowledge of Python/Perl Scripting or any scripting languages.
• Knowledge on Docker Containers. Github. Understanding Architecture.
• QA lifecycle testing, including regression, negative, error bug and user acceptance testing.
• Enhancement of framework design and development of new test suites with Java (Object Oriented Programming), Selenium, Maven, TestNG, ReportNG, Bamboo and Jenkins.
• Functional back-end database testing using SQL and MongoDB
• Good understanding of messaging frameworks; Kafka or JMS preferred.Awareness of Front-End technology stacks a plus.
• Familiar with the testing challenges inherent with highly scalable and available web applications. Preferably E-Commerce applications.
• Agile software development process and related tools (SCRUM, Jira, Confluence)
