  • Role Overview
    We are seeking a hands-on Software Team Lead to drive the development and delivery of key technology modules across our EV, solar, and energy platform stack. This is a builder's role — ideal for someone who can write clean code, lead developers, and deliver working software fast.
  • You’ll be expected to manage a 2-5 memebr team, guide architecture decisions, and work closely with the founder and tech architect to align product and platform execution.
  • Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of 2–5 developers across full stack projects
  • Own the development lifecycle — from planning to release
  • Ensure high code quality through reviews, modular design, and testing
  • Collaborate with UI/UX, product, and ops teams to scope and prioritize
  • Track and unblock developer progress with clarity and accountability
  • Take active part in writing and reviewing core logic (React, Node, APIs)

  • Must-Have Skills
    4+ years of strong full stack experience (React + Node.js)
  • Team or module leadership in at least 1 past role
  • Clear grasp of Git workflows, task breakdown, and agile development
  • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills
  • Ability to manage delivery without micromanagement

  • Good-to-Have
    Prior experience in building internal tools or ops dashboards
  • Knowledge of infrastructure (AWS, Docker) or devops pipelines
  • Experience working with business/ops teams in energy, mobility, or logistics sectors
