Prerequisite

• Most important is start-up oriented, willing to do a start-up, or has done start-up, or has lot of passion and energy for start-up
• 4+ years of experience
• Pretty hands on in coding, architecture and deployment
• Who can design solutions for analytics systems using Big data ecosystem, query layer building and analytics layer integration with BI tools
• Knowing various languages in open source like Java, Groovy, Hadoop, Python
• Computer science mind set, geek, nerd, mad about programming

 Major responsibilities includes

• Solution designing for Big Data analytics problems
• Building low latency, high availability query system over huge amount of data set ( peta bytes+), providing integration with BI tools like Tableau, Qlikview etc.
• Quickly do the POC and demonstrate the capability
• Scalability of engineering capability by streamline the process of solution phases from POC to post-delivery
• The future vision is to create benchmarking on each layer of the solution by creating certain frameworks and then productize them

Compensation Model

We are self-funded startup. We won’t be able to pay market standard packages, We can offer equity options.
