Search Engine Optimisation Lead

We are looking for a person to own and lead our search engine optimisation efforts for two websites of our own products in the Data Analytics domain, along with our Content Marketing Team.

This is not a position suitable for someone who just learned SEO Concepts or took an SEO Course. We have already optimised our websites as much as we know. We are already in the top 3 results for almost 90% our keywords, with a traffic of about 200K organic visits per month in traffic and the 99% of sites pages loads in less than 2 seconds. We already have back links from almost all top web publications like Techruch, Forbes etc. 

We need someone who has experience working with websites of traffic higher than what we already have.

We are not going to list down all the responsibilities here, as the right person for this job, would be able to tell this to us.
