Touristvisaonline is looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as a Travel Consultant with 0-2 years of experience. Please find below the job description for the same.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Capable of handling and managing all outbound/inbound queries
- Able to manage best routing quote (domestic/ international) as per the given conditions
- Assisting clients in booking air tickets/ hotel/ tour for domestic and international destinations
- Aggressive to convert sales & achieve targets
- To maintain excellent relationship with Clients and be able to tailor products pitch according to their specification.
- To make packages and itineraries and engage in Travel Trade with other agents.
- To guide them and assist further on the VISA process.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in travel industry,
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate (Specialization in Travel & Tourism will be an advantage)
- Excellent English Verbal and Written Skills
- Proficient in using booking/reservation system of Galileo and Amadeus
- Proficient in using online booking portals: GTA, Hotel Beds, and DOTW.
- Motivated/ Creative/ Proactive - Passionate for travel industry
