Important Technical Skills

• Ruby on Rails - Models, Views (with layouts & Partials), Controllers, Routes, Rest API, Migrations, Asset Pipeline, HTML5, CSS3 (SASS), Javascript, Jquery etc…
• Rails MVC concepts, Rails Gems, Mysql Database, OOPs Concepts, Rails Security Measures
• Git Version Control System
• Basic Experience in E-commerce applications & Payment Gateway Integrations

Important Personal Skills

• Good verbal and written skills are mandatory.
• Proficient, Passionate, Committed, Comfortable with Startup Working Style, Ruby on Rails Web Developer.
• Ability to work independently. Should prioritise tasks & take ownership.
• Self motivated quick learner. Open to learning new technologies and advancing with latest technologies.
• Love for good UI & Design

Coding Skills

• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code in Ruby on Rails Applications
• You're sensible enough to know how to test and how not to test.
