The Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Frontend Web Developer (Fresher/Beginner) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow. As a key contributor, you will help build and maintain our platform and customer websites, transforming unique, beautiful designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect code.

Entry Level Full-Time Remote Role:
This is an entry-level role suitable for freshers/beginners.
It is a fully remote position, and candidates are required to have their own laptop/computer and a stable internet connection.

What You’ll Do:
1. Write High-Quality Code: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
2. Collaborate Effectively: Engage in team discussions, offer valuable feedback, and contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
3. Own Your Work: Take end-to-end responsibility for your work — from concept to deployment, ensuring quality and reliability.
4. Tackle Challenges: Analyze problems and create innovative, efficient solutions that align with our business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:
1. You understand Web Technologies: You have written some vanilla frontend code and have an understanding of frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3 with SASS, JavaScript.
2. You are a Strong Communicator: You should have the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and collaborate with other team members.
3. You are eager to Learn and Improve: You should be committed to continuous learning, always seeking to improve your coding skills, stay updated with new technologies, and be open to constructive feedback.
4. You have a Good Work Ethic: A proactive, dependable, and disciplined approach to work with a focus on continuous learning and self-improvement.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Optional):
1. You understand Ruby on Rails: You have an understanding of Ruby on Rails framework and how it integrates with front-end (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to create user-friendly applications.
