UI/UX Designer

The UI / UX Designer will be primarily responsible for creating a great user experience for our web and mobile application. The person should have the capability to visualize complex user scenarios and provide simple and effective solutions keeping in mind the capabilities and limitations of technology. The ultimate aim should be to work towards providing simplicity and delight to customers. 

Responsibilities

1. Requirement gathering
2. User research, user requirement gathering
3. Create personas, scenarios, task flows and information architecture
4. Create wireframes and low fidelity prototypes
5. Conduct usability testing and heuristic evaluation
6. Determining accurate time estimates for defined tasks

Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of user-centred design practices
2. Experience in prototyping for iOS and Android mobile applications
3. Strong understanding of responsive web design
4. Strong knowledge of UX design principles and methodologies
5. Experience creating wireframes, using prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Zeplin, Sketch, Invision (or similar)
6. Experience with user interviewing and user/usability testing
7. Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
8. Excellent communication and written skills
