Hiring- Project Manager

You must have deep understanding of technology at a much greater level of detail than a project manager would ever need. You should have a background of engineer having worked upon various projects varying on technologies. A person who seeks technology as his/her thirst and loves to explore new dimensions of present and upcoming technology.

Resposibilities:

  • Work with infrastructure and potentially software development teams, with knowledge of agile methodology, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
  • Define, manage and deliver complex technology delivery projects
  • Establish and execute a project communication plan
  • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends
  • Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings related to information technology projects
  • Lead the technical and design leads throughout a project
  • Identify need for initial or supplemental project resources
  • Manage project risks and issues
  • Monitor/track project milestones and deliverables
  • Identify, review or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs
  • Direct/ coordinate activities of project personnel
  • Develop and manage Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
  • Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback

  • MBA or equivalent practical experience
  • Worked in financial technology for at least 1 year and solved a challenging problem
