Hiring- Marketing Manager

You will be performing a vital role by instigating and managing end-to-end marketing programmes. You will be responsible to build and present Finocial as a brand in the wider market, building and maintaining relationships with clients at the boardroom level. You will be highly professional and organized, adhering to the work ethics. You must have strong influencing and negotiating skills to ensure harmony in relationships with clients and other third parties involved.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing public release
  • Managing digital/ offline marketing
  • Executing corporate communication
  • Performing research on marketing, competitors, banking space and regulations
  • Open source communities awareness
  • Awareness of social media campaign sites
  • Assisting in creation and publishing digital content, advising on, reviewing and scheduling social content
  • Assist marketers create automated marketing campaigns
  • Innovate, introduce multi variant elements to automated campaigns
  • In depth analysis of pricing models
  • Working as Marketing collateral:
    • Segmented collateral
    • Website, SEO, SMO
    • Video presentation of concept/product
    • White papers/ Repositories
    • Awareness program

Functional competencies:

  • Sales skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Specific marketing channel expertise: social, seo, smo, email etc
  • Understanding the dynamics of marketing channels and leveraging those dynamics for the organization
  • Good understanding of social media principles and experience in using social media scheduling tools to manage social media communications
  • Good understanding of social media analytical tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Possess a good understanding of marketing automation and how this can improve client engagement
  • Ability to think objectively
  • Ability to execute and analyse drip marketing campaigns
  • Mix of creativity and analytical skills
  • Good copy and visual storytelling abilities
  • Understanding of WordPress
  • Ability to analyse quantifiable metrics
  • Sound analytical skills
  • Research oriented
  • Basic design skills
  • Influence marketing: interesting, timely and useful content

Eligibility skills:

  • A proven record in digital marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Surprisingly amazing attention to detail skills
  • Graduation is a must
  • MBA or an equivalent work experience
  • A professional approach to work
  • Experience with the B2B experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Drive and commitment to deliver high quality service
