Senior MERN Developer

We are seeking a highly ­motivated, self driven developer to join a small team of developers at a fast growing startup. You must have proven extensive experience building highly available web applications using Mongo, ReactJS and NodeJS.

Your everyday work will include:
Build and maintain the core application built on MERN Stack
Architect, design, and implement beautiful and pragmatic applications.
Ensure application development principles, standards, and best practices are followed for each project.

Skillsets:
2-­4 years of experience designing, developing and delivering web applications.
Must have thorough knowledge of NodeJS and ReactJS.
Ability to develop, maintain and optimize secure and scalable multi-tier web applications.
Ability to iterate quickly on ideas and push them out to customers in a continuous fashion.
Enterprise industry experience in web­ based user interfaces, applications, and Web Service integration using APIs
Knowledge of when to use existing libraries, and when to create your own.
Strong interpersonal, oral, written, and visual communication skills with the ability to present findings concisely and effectively
It is desirable to have a thorough understanding of HTML and CSS.

We're only looking for candidates who aim to continue for atleast 18 months. We're not looking for resume builders. :)
