Job Title: HR Recruiter Company Info: Techvolt Software Pvt.Ltd. is a Software Development and Digital Marketing Company located in Coimbatore. Techvolt Software involves in the business entity of ERP, CRM Applications, Web Designing, web Hosting, Web Application Development, Embedded System, IoT and Machine Learning. Techvolt Software also provides services on Digital Marketing for business promotion to their clients & customers across India. Techvolt Software looking for a HR Recruiter to part of our end-to-end recruitment team to take care of both IT and Non-IT Recruitment for our branch located in Coimbatore. Number of Vacancies: 2 Eligibility Criteria: • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in relevant field. i.e. BBA, MBA, M.Sc Psychology Skills Required: • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools. • Having experience on various Job portals like Naukri.com, Shine.com, Linked In, Indeed & other free job portals. Experience: 0-1 Yrs Roles & Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment process. ( Short listing- Screening- Interview- Selection- on boarding of new hires) • Source candidates through various channels, including Job portal, Social Media and Networking events. • Manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate records of candidate’s interactions. • Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers. • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
