So, what can you look forward to at Technogise?

• Technical exposure – Get ready to develop, test, build and deploy software everyday. We won’t hide you from the exciting challenges of working on client projects. You will get hands-on exposure to the entire Agile lifecycle of our projects.
• Client engagement – You will engage with clients on daily calls, understand their evolving requirements and realize how the code you write actually impacts their business. There could be onsite travel too, so keep your passport handy... :-)
• Open culture – No cubicles, no hierarchy and an environment, which facilitates free flow of communication. Your opinions matter as much as everyone else’s.
• Learn on the job – We don’t have dedicated classroom training programs for you. You will learn all the engineering concepts by pairing with our team on live projects. We believe that’s the best form of learning.

Here are the skills and qualities you need to possess to be a part of Technogise:

• Understanding of concepts – Your understanding of concepts like OOPS, Data Structures, Databases, Algorithms, OS, Languages etc. should NOT be restricted to bookish definitions. You should know when, why and how to use these concepts to solve problems.
• Passion for technology – You must have explored technologies out of your own interest. Do you maintain a personal GitHub repo with a bunch of active pet projects? What’s the latest language / framework / concept you’ve read about... or tried to implement?
• Ownership – There is no spoon-feeding at Technogise… :-). You will get guidance from every team member, but the onus to learn and define your career growth at Technogise falls solely on you.
