At Technogise, we are a young team of technology agnostic full stack engineers who craft enterprise software applications for our global clients.

We build strategic software solutions, ranging from quick prototypes to enterprise applications, for our diverse clientele (...startups, unicorns, as well as established businesses...) across domains like ecommerce, banking, education, real estate and more.

What you will do at Technogise:

You will -

1. Provide hands-on contribution towards -

• backend design and development,
• front end design and development,
• flourishing our DevOps culture

regardless of the technology stack of the project. If you aren't one already, you WILL become a polyglot here.

2. Take technical decisions and define technical roadmaps at project(s) level. Also influence organisational decisions at strategic level. We are young, and have a startup spirit... and we look forward to your guidance as we evolve.

3. Engage with clients on a daily basis, both offshore and onshore, to come up with strategic solutions to their business problems.

4. Explore technologies and implement them on projects if they make business sense.

5. Attend or present at technical meetups / workshops / conferences to share knowledge and help build brand Technogise.

The expertise we expect you to have:

1. Tech leadership experience - You should have taken key technical decisions (design, architecture) and evolved the technical roadmap of enterprise scale web application development project(s).

2.) Hands-on - You must be adept at writing lots of clean code everyday.

3.) Craftsmanship - SOLID, DRY, KISS, OOPS, TDD, DDD. You must appreciate the value of these abbreviations and implement them in your "simple & robust" designs. But never lose sight of delivery pragmatism while doing so.

4.) Client engagement experience - You should have been involved in inceptions, taking requirements directly from clients / product owners before proposing technical solutions. Regular onsite exposure during project lifecycle would be great to have.

5.) Depth of understanding - If you claim to be strong in some technical concepts, we expect you to know those concept in depth. So, you must be able to answer the "Why" and "How" questions pertaining to those concepts (...opinions borne out of your own experience, rather than bookish theory...)
