Javascript based product developer

We are building web product called Hirexl . We are passonate about the code as much as the idea of building it. If understand the difference between the code and bad code then you are a good match. We like developers with their own point of view. one who not just writes the code but who also tells us why he has written a code in certain way. 

Technology preference - Reactjs/NodeJS/or both. 

Expected - 

to have good understanding of writing modular code.

uses git and has done some sample project to showcase skill

Knowledge of microservices based programming will be plus.

Knowledge of component based frontend programming is plus.
