Customer acquisition Marketing Executive

TaxiBay is an online marketplace model for the vehicle renting. We help travelers to save money and get the best vehicle of their choice by providing a platform to search from 100's of verified operators and compare the prices and get great deals. 

For our lead generation, we are looking for an executive who is good at customer acquisition from online and offline channels.

As an executive for customer acquisition, you’re responsible for lead generation, organic and paid traffic to our website mainly from social media, Google AdWords, and other offline channels. 

You should be good in creating ads by yourself or getting it done by 3rd party. 
Tracking both key marketing analytics as well as key performance indicators.
You're also responsible for identifying trends in data that may reflect an opportunity or possible weakness in the business. 
Continuous focus on metrics such as churn rate for continuity programs, the performance of media campaigns, and success of promotions.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Creating ads, running campaigns, promotion activity. 

Interpret and analyze high-level data(continuity churn rate, paid media performance, promotional performance, etc.)

Provide ongoing reports and dashboards for each department of the company that reflects their KPIs/ goals along with overall company goals. 
Hold on the technology and implementing SEO related or working with engineers to get marketing required changes implemented. 
Consistent attention to finding trends in data that will reveal new opportunities or glaring weaknesses within the company.

Key Performance Indicators
Monitoring improvement of the following key metrics above the steady baseline:
Customer churn & Trial conversion rates
Cost per acquisition from paid traffic campaigns by offer and traffic source
Return on investment from paid traffic campaigns by offer and traffic source
Total number of leads acquired from paid traffic campaigns by offer and traffic source
Conversion rates for each step of acquisition funnels 
Conversion rate for each follow up campaign in relation to acquisition funnels
Average time to first response to support ticket 
Customer satisfaction rating from solved support tickets
Unique blog page views 
Total CTA clicks from blog posts
Total number of recommendations made to improve baseline KPIs

Qualification

MBA in sales & marketing with a keen interest in the business development, lead generation, creating advertisements, copies, content creation.  

You will work as freelance or short-term contract for 3 months and based on performance will be joined full time or continue on contract.
