Facebook marketing expert

We are mobility services company and we are launching our new platform. 

For our GTM(Go to market), we are looking for executive who is good at social media marketing and has interest in travel and esp vehicle rental space. As an social media specialist you are responsible for managing our facebook page, building community, running ads, creating brand and finally driving traffic to our website or even taking booking on facebook messenger itself.You're also responsible for identifying trends in data that may reflect an opportunity or possible weakness in the business. Should have hold on metrics such as churn rate for continuity programs, the performance of media campaigns, and success of promotions.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Manage our facebook page, build a community
Weekly campaigns, good in creating banners/content,
Handle customer support, address review comments
Manage ads program. Budgeting, A/B testing etcKey Performance Indicators
Monitoring improvement of the following key metrics above the steady baseline:
Cost per acquisition from paid traffic campaigns by offer and traffic source
Return on investment from paid traffic campaigns by offer and traffic source
Total number of leads acquired from paid traffic campaigns by offer and traffic source
Conversion rate for each follow up campaign in relation to acquisition funnels
Average time to first response to support ticket
Customer satisfaction rating from solved support tickets
Unique blog page views

MBA or bachelors degree with exposure to marketing and especially social media. Interest in travel industry,Vehicle rentals etc. Good content writing skills and have a sense of what customer want.

The position will be initially for 3 months and based on performance will be made permanent or can work as consultant.
