Inside Sales Manager (UK & UK Experience is a must)

Roles & Responsibilities

·              Build a solid inside sales team/lead generation team that exceeds sales goals

·              Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads and prospects

·              Monitor employee productivity and motivate team to meet daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly targets

·              Coordinate department activities and meet project timelines

·              Evaluate and improve inside sales and sales administration processes

·              Supervise the team in accordance with company policies and procedures

·              Provide coaching for existing employees and training for new employees

·              Work with HR to determine appropriate staffing levels

·              Conduct employee interviews, orientations, and hire/fire staff

·              Manage performance and salary reviews and develop employee develop plans

·              Resolve interpersonal issues within department and escalate whenever required

·              Schedule and lead department staff meetings, workshops and functions

·              Report to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities and threats

·              Recommend improvements and ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM system

Requirements

·              Candidates, who enjoy selling, are achievement-oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strong collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.

·              The ideal candidate should be success-driven, fast-paced, and works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment

·              Min. 10 years’ of relevant experience and having managed a large team of inside sales executives

·              Graduate with a good command over the English language

·              Superior command of the English language including rules and usage

·              Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills

·              Ability to meet aggressive deadlines & targets

·              Ability to function effectively as part of a team

·              Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality

·              Ability to understand and follow directions

·              Ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels within the organization

·              Self-motivated with the right attitude who can work well within extended teams

·              Familiarity in working with any leading technology organization would be an added advantage
