Work with clients both on-site and off-shore to deliver to craft new solutions using Adobe Campaign Developer.
Understand, customize and optimize the entire campaign management process, to include new campaign requirements, development test, production execution, and quality control.
Manage various aspects of the implementation process, such as consultation with the client, requirements gathering, architecting, analysis/providing marketing insight in phases across existing/identified marketing programs ensuring delivery on planned value, presenting a solution, configuration setup, unit/integration testing, and customer data mapping/development/deployment of campaign solutions across a variety of different package solution with a client-defined custom solution.
Document the solution and train clients’ staff and colleagues to perform the campaign execution role.
Be a Campaign Rockstar in a cross-functional team of diverse skillsets.
Adobe Architect level certification is strongly preferred.
Integrating Adobe Campaign with other marketing cloud solutions AEM and Analytics.
Experience in creating Adobe Campaign Manager entities like Data Schema forms, navigation hierarchies, templates, workflows, typologies, web applications, etc.
Implementation and maintenance of Master templates including different visual versions
Configuring and maintaining API on Classic, Standard and Message center for triggering and sending emails.
Building Multi-Channel Campaigns (Email, SMS, Direct Mails & CRM campaigns) from briefing through to strategy & design and reporting.
Responsible for implementing each journey/campaign as designed, partnering with content/channel suppliers to ensure the development of appropriate content files, and Managing ongoing campaign metrics and reporting.
Maintain and add new fields to the data model and maintaining data import from CRM (Workflows, Adobe SQL, Adobe API).
Handled administrative tasks in ACM like package migration, access management, and monitoring of platform issues.
Good understanding of relational data and database marketing, campaign, and reporting tools.
Adhere to Data Protection Laws and educate clients on the importance of data security.
Good to have exposure to Adobe campaign integration with Pipeline, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe analytics.
Experience in one or more LDAP/Active Directory, J2EE platforms, and solutions (Windows, Unix, Weblogic, Websphere) is preferred.
