Lead Software Testing Position - Trading System Domain

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Software Testing, team management, test planning with experience ranging from 5 to 6 years. Strong exposure to stock market based trading systems / Capital Market domain like Equities, derivatives etc.

Candidates with exposure in Web based and Mobile Application testing would be preferred.

Job Description:

1. Excellent exposure in creating Test Plan and efforts estimation.

2. Excellent exposure in understand Business use cases and Functional Specifications for developing Test Scenario's and Test Cases.

3. Plan and monitor Functional & Regression Testing, Sanity Test, Smoke Test in QA environment and re-testing of fixed defects.

4. Analyse defects raised by customer in SIT and UAT and discuss resolution with QA manager, Development and Business Analyst team.

5. Track and Report progress of work for his/her team members and report to QA Manager.

Technical Skills:

Qualification: BE (IT/CS), MCA, M.Sc. (IT/CS)
