Job Description:

  • Achieve monthly target Category wise
  • Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
  • Recruiting and training sales staff
  • Allocating areas to sales representatives
  • Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
  • Keep record of daily calls of Sales Representatives (Total Call (TC) /Productive Call (PC)/Booking)
  • Give feedback to all Sales Representatives on quantity and quality of calls and ensure improvement
  • Monitoring your team's performance
  • Track each distributor’s monthly sales and stock.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
  • Servicing the needs of your existing customers
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Recommending and executing effective sales promotion strategy
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Reporting to senior management
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Finding new ways to generate revenue

Experience:

Experience as a Medical Representative for 3-5 years

+

Atleast 1 year of experience as an Area Sales Manager

(Total of atleast 4-6 years of experience).
