Who are we looking to hire-Somebody(preferably female) who has worked in BPO-outgoing sales, night shift, fluent English.Pharma experience would be an advantage (not necessary)

What work will you be doing?

• Call and interact with importers on their requirements - Send excels for forecasts
• Complete knowledge of all the products and product lists we have(on his/her fingertips)
• Drafting emails and sending them to the manufacturers for updates
• Skype usage / Whatsapp usage, and tech savvy for connect with Importers
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Courier / Sending of Samples Abroad
• Meet Importers when they come to India and take good care of them
• Push similar/new product lines to the Importer with emails/xl/word/brochures,etc.
• Little knowledge on the tender business per se. (Of each particular country) - (Pitfalls/Clarifications)
• Handle discussion of Product Registration costs and amortization with the Importer
• Communicating designs and pack shots, and interacting with Designers & Importers for the same.
• New countries- research, sending initial emails, calling and fixing appointments

Eligibility:

A Bachelor’s degree, with atleast work experience of 1.5-2 years.

Should be very comfortable with using Computers-Office(Word and excel), internet and emailing, as well as Google & search.

Good oral communication, as he/she has to interact with international clients

Work full time day shift job (9.30am-6.30pm)
